MindanaoHerald | Emergency lodging assistance of P10,000 is provided to 382 fire victims | DAVAO CITY – The National Housing Authority in Davao Region (NHA-11) provided PHP3.2 million in Emergency Housing Assistance Program (EHAP) to a total of 382 fire victims on Friday night.
During an interview, Clemente Dayot, the Manager of NHA-11, disclosed that PHP10,000 was distributed to each beneficiary from the seven municipalities in this city.
According to Dayot, EHAP will provide assistance to 417 fire victims in Davao de Oro and Davao de Norte in 2023 and 2024..
Through the office of Senator Christopher Lawrence Go, approximately PHP 200 million in EHAP funds were facilitated.
The beneficiaries were also provided with grocery packs, basketball, volleyball, hygiene kits, and vitamins. Go lead the distribution of aid. (via PNA)
