DTI Region 2 Showcases Sustainable MSMEs at the 20th Padday na Lima Regional Trade Fair in Festival Mall Alabang

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Region 2 is set to showcase the finest products of Cagayan Valley as it celebrates the 20th Padday na Lima Regional Trade Fair, happening August 24–30, 2026, at Festival Mall, Alabang.

Marking two decades of promoting Philippine MSMEs, local products, and sustainable trade, this year’s event carries the theme, “20 Years of Vibrant Hands: Crafting a Sustainable Legacy of Culture and Community.” Around 100 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from Region 2 will feature a diverse range of eco-friendly products, handcrafted home décor, indigenous crafts, sustainable fashion, processed food, Halal-certified products, health and wellness items, and plant-based produce.

Visitors can also enjoy live craft demonstrations, food tastings, and the Hibla’t Habi ng Rehiyon Dos fashion showcase by renowned designer Michael Barassi, alongside immersive provincial pavilions highlighting the rich culture, tourism, investment opportunities, and local industries of Cagayan, Isabela, and Batanes.

The week-long trade fair also includes business matching sessions, buyers’ programs, sustainability-focused learning activities, the launch of the Padday na Lima Website 2.0, and the debut of the official Padday na Lima jingle, strengthening market access and digital visibility for participating MSMEs.

As one of the country’s premier regional trade fairs, Padday na Lima continues to empower Filipino entrepreneurs by promoting sustainable entrepreneurship, preserving cultural heritage, and expanding business opportunities for local enterprises.

The public, business buyers, and advocates of Filipino-made products are invited to experience the best of Cagayan Valley and support local entrepreneurs from August 24 to 30, 2026, at Festival Mall, Alabang.
